The Kings Battery box comes in 2 sizes Adventure Kings Maxi Battery Box and Kings Battery Box Portable 12V
The issue that I saw was not knowing what is left in the battery (yes it has a volt meter enabled by button) and no drop out due to low voltage.
Enter the combo voltage current meter (DC 120v 100A bidirectional current) which I picked up from Ebay for $40.00AUD also on various other sites. This device allows you to set the Ah for your battery so as the battery is discharged you can see the remaining capacity, percentage, voltage and current.
These meters have a relay output that can be configured to disable output on low voltage and / or high voltage.
Small change was needed to allow the relay output to function, the connection has a transistor that switches the negative side but the positive side is not connected, to fix this I added a link from the positive to the relay positive as shown below.
I added a relay from Jaycar like the Micro 30A Horn Relays which only cost $8.00AUD and is able to switch 30A.
So here is
By default when power is enabled, the power meter does not enable the relay, press the OK button to turn on, the relay controls the USB, cigarette socket, and the 2 merit sockets. The power switch controls all the external connections and the current meter reads all power in and out.
